Accountant portal

One practice login. Every client’s books.

The accountant portal is live. It is a practice suite — not a waitlist, and not a marketplace. Switch between the companies you look after, see what SARS wants this month, close the period, and keep the files in one place.

What the practice can do today.

Clients
All clients on one list. Open a company, work in its books, return to the practice. Onboarding for new firms. A file store per client — not a shared inbox.
SARS and what’s due
VAT201, EMP201 and IRP6 across the book. A calendar of deadlines. What’s due, overdue and due soon, for every client you manage. You still file on eFiling.
Month-end
A close for each period, and a board for the work still open. Engagements, tasks, time and WIP, engagement letters. The practice runs the month, not a spreadsheet of it.
Ledger and reports
General ledger, opening balances, bank reconciliation, exports. Reports the principal can send. Practice billing and a team with an activity log.

Drafted from the invoices and expenses already in the workspace. You review it. You file it on eFiling. BMS does not submit to SARS for you.

You draft the return. The client still owns the books.

Switching into a client opens their invoices, expenses and payroll — the same engines the business portal uses. The practice view sits on top: what is due, who is late, which period is still open.

Invite a bookkeeper as a user on a single company if that is all you need. The accountant portal is for a firm running many.

What this is not.

A marketplace that matches you with SMEs is not live. The Brain is not live. There is no waitlist for a product that already exists — if you run a practice, sign in or write to us and we will set the firm up.
